Many of the services that we provide take place after hours and are not funded by OHIP, such as; telephone/fax prescription renewals, completion of forms, medical notes, and telephone advice. These services are covered under the "annual fee program" or you may pay for these services individually as you use them. Click here for a complete list of the services and their costs.
Prescription renewal requests from pharmacies will be issued once payment has been received. You will receive an invoice by email or phone.
