COVID-19 VACCINATION INFORMATION

The Ontario government has a centralized booking website (https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/) for all patients that are currently eligible

The Toronto COVID-19 Vaccine Call Centre and Website (www.vaccineto.ca) is still available for patients

PharmacIes are offering booking for patients as well
-
Our office does not have any Covid-19 vaccine supply. We therefore encourage all patients who meet the eligibility criteria to obtain their vaccine through a clinic or pharmacy
Please refrain from calling our office to inquire regarding access to the vaccine; we will continue to update this webpage as more information becomes available.

For physicals, diabetic visits, mental health concerns or a long list of issues it is best to call the front desk and determine if you require a 30 minutes appointment rather than booking online. Online appointments are only for 15 minutes
The cost of the shingles vaccine (shingrix) is now covered for patients age 65-70 years old. Please ask your doctor for more information
Fall annual letter - watch your inbox for our fall annual email. It will include information about our new encrypted email service as well as our office policies and annual fee.
The flu shot is now available in our office and at your local pharmacy. Patients over 65 years old are eligible for the high dose quadrivalent vaccine. Please contact our office to arrange a time to come in for your vaccine as we have received limited quantities and continue to limit the number of patients in our waiting room
